"account": "Pedro Neto scored twice, once early in the second half and again late in the match, as Chelsea secured a 2-0 victory over Everton in a Premier League game on Saturday. The match was overshadowed by a serious head injury to Chelsea goalkeeper Emi Martinez. Neto's first goal came just 44 seconds after the match resumed, and his second goal arrived in the 90th minute after he capitalized on a loose ball from a blocked free kick. Everton suffered their first loss of the season after seven games, while Chelsea maintained their first clean sheet in nine months. Martinez was taken to the hospital after receiving treatment on the field and being carried off on a stretcher following a head-on-head collision with Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite during a free kick. Despite being conscious, Branthwaite continued to play after a concussion test. Manchester City, currently leading the league, will host Ipswich in their next match, while Liverpool faces Brentford in another game.",
