"account": "Pedro Neto scored early and late in the second half to secure a 2-0 victory for Chelsea against Everton in a Premier League match disrupted by a concerning head injury to Chelsea goalkeeper Emi Martinez. The Brazilian striker took advantage of a blocked free kick to score the opening goal just 44 seconds after the match resumed, and added a second in the 90th minute after capitalizing on a loose ball following another blocked free kick. Chelsea secured their first win of the season and their first clean sheet in nine months, coming at the expense of Everton who suffered their first loss of the campaign. After receiving 10 minutes of treatment on the field and being carried off on a stretcher following a head-on-head collision with Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite, Martinez was reportedly taken to the hospital. Branthwaite continued playing after undergoing a concussion test. Meanwhile, Manchester City, currently leading the league, faces Ipswich in a crucial match seeking their seventh consecutive win. Other games include Liverpool versus Brentford.",
