"account": "Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi announced on Saturday that his presidency will conclude in 2030, declaring that the matter of his departure from office has been settled. Sisi emphasized that Egypt's constitution remains unchanged and ruled out any possibility of amendments. The 71-year-old leader, who served a six-year term following his re-election in December 2023, affirmed that the decision regarding his exit was finalized. The constitutional amendments, approved through a 2019 referendum, initially extended presidential terms from four to six years, enabling Sisi to pursue a third term and prolong his stay in power until 2030. A former military general, Sisi seized control of Egypt in 2013 by ousting the democratically elected president, Mohamed Mursi, amid widespread protests against his rule. Sisi made these statements during a graduation ceremony at the Egyptian Military Academy on Saturday.",
