"account": "Heavy rain in the Klang Valley has led to complaints from residents about recurring floods in several areas, particularly in Petaling Jaya and Subang. One resident blamed clogged drains near an unfinished pedestrian walkway for the frequent flooding in Taman Putra Damai, Lembah Subang. The user claimed that construction materials and soil from the walkway's unfinished state had washed into the drains, obstructing water flow. They asked the minister to address the residents' concerns whenever heavy rain caused flooding in the neighborhood. The pedestrian walkway had been incomplete for a long time, and the problem stemmed from the contractor constructing the walkway along the main road. The Petaling Jaya City Council requested the resident to provide the full address of the affected area to enable checks and further action. Another Threads user, amm.yusopp, reported flooding in Kampung Melayu Subang, but further details on the flooding and its impact on residents were not provided.",
