"account": "Analogue has unveiled two upgraded retro console models, the Super Nt+ and Mega Sg+, priced at $220 each. These new consoles, which build upon the original Super Nt from 2018 and Mega Sg from 2019, utilize FPGA hardware to recreate the original console architecture on a chip, enabling low-latency gameplay on modern TVs. Players must supply their own original cartridges. A key feature of the Super Nt+ and Mega Sg+ is built-in Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless controller support, with dedicated pairing buttons and the ability to control the console via the primary wireless controller. Wired controllers remain compatible, but Analogue does not include any controllers with these consoles. Additional upgrades include USB-C power, USB-A ports for connecting CRT displays or charging devices, and an SD card slot. A new operating system allows users to swap cartridges without powering down the console. Both consoles support over 2,200 games and are region-free. The Mega Sg+ retains the Sega CD connector and includes a Master System adapter, with video output reaching up to 1080p, although 4K resolution is not supported.",
