"account": "The African National Congress (ANC) has announced that Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula is recovering after collapsing due to emotional exhaustion during a media briefing on Thursday. The collapse occurred at Constitution Hill in Johannesburg following Mbalula's emotional speech, which celebrated a significant Constitutional Court victory. This victory reinstated 181 ANC councilor candidates who had been initially excluded from the upcoming local government elections scheduled for November 4th.\n\nANC President Cyril Ramaphosa addressed the media in Cape Town, expressing that Mbalula is getting better and that the strain he was under was immense. Ramaphosa stated that Mbalula was carrying a heavy burden as any secretary general would, and he himself would have faced a similar challenge, possibly even worse due to his age. The ANC leader emphasized gratitude for Mbalula's distinction in leading the ANC through this ordeal and ordered him to rest until both Ramaphosa and the doctors deemed him fully recovered.",
