"account": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has received confirmation that the speed-based restrictions on Starlink satellite communication terminals only apply within Ukraine's territory, viewing it as a deliberate operation. The current maximum speed for Starlink is 161 kilometers per hour; beyond this point, the service completely shuts down. Concerns have arisen as to whether these restrictions are purely technical issues on SpaceX's part, or if they represent a strategic operation or agreement to hinder Ukraine's defense capabilities, affecting both frontline troops and civilians. To ascertain the truth, Zelenskyy's administration dispatched Starlink-equipped vehicles to European Union nations, where they operated at speeds surpassing 180 kilometers per hour without encountering any restrictions. Detailed records and evidence supporting this conclusion have been compiled.",
