Negeri Sembilan police chief Datuk Alzafny Ahmad disclosed this after a five-hour examination commenced at 9:40 am today at Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital. The autopsy also uncovered three stab wounds inflicted with a sharp object, two on the abdomen and one on the right cheek, the police chief stated in a statement. The victim, a woman in her 30s, was found dead at the quarters on October 15, allegedly stabbed by her husband following a misunderstanding. Police received a report of the incident at 9:30 pm, after the victim's husband, also in his 30s, surrendered himself to the Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi police station in Sepang, Selangor and reported her death.
