"account": "Mahela Jayawardene resigned from his position as head coach of the Mumbai Indians in the IPL on Saturday. During his initial tenure from 2017 to 2022, the 49-year-old led the team to three championships. However, upon his return in 2024, the team's performance declined, with a fourth-place finish in 2025, elimination in the playoffs, and ending second-bottom in 2026. In his statement, Jayawardene expressed pride in the achievements made together and wished the team continued success.",
