"account": "A fast-moving fire, fueled by strong winds known as Santa Anas, spread rapidly through Southern California, burning at least six coastal homes and prompting thousands to evacuate. The Norte fire, which ignited in San Clemente, California, raced into the neighboring city of San Juan Capistrano, where it quickly engulfed expensive properties and prompted panicked residents to take desperate measures to protect their homes. Black smoke billowed over tennis courts and swimming pools, visible from miles away. Firefighters worked tirelessly to douse the flames, but two firefighters were hospitalized with heat-related injuries. Authorities have not yet determined the exact cause of the blaze. Despite the city's resilience to fires in the past, residents expressed deep concern, praying that their homes would not fall victim to the inferno. The threat of such fires is a constant reality for these coastal communities, surrounded by hillsides that provide little protection. The fire's proximity to the city only heightened the residents' fears, with nine schools closing on Friday, and the Capistrano Unified School District canceling classes. Meanwhile, neighboring residents, including Shannon Needham, a visitor from Wyoming, were on high alert as smoke darkened the sky, with evacuation shelters opening in both cities.",
