"summary": "The unheralded grey, Kingswood, won the Caulfield Cup, but the finish was marred by a two-horse fall involving the reigning Melbourne Cup champion. ABC News reports that with approximately 200 metres remaining in the 2,400m race, last year's winner, Half Yours, appeared to make contact with Kings Valley and went down hard. This caused jockey Mark Zahra to fall, after which Jye McNeil was unable to avoid the fallen horse, resulting in New Zealand's Ohope Wins also coming down.\n\nAccording to ABC News, stewards stated that Zahra and McNeil were both conscious and alert when they were transported to the hospital for further assessment. Trainer Tony McEvoy described the incident as \"terrible to watch,\" noting that Half Yours suffered superficial lacerations under his arm and on a hind leg but appeared bright and composed. Racing.com reported that the horse returned to his stall after the race and was all OK. The final race of the day at Caulfield was delayed.",
