"summary": "Dozens of masked settlers have attacked Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, setting fire to cars, homes, and olive trees during the annual olive harvest. Haaretz reported that approximately 20 settlers armed with clubs and gasoline descended on the Palestinian suburb of Safa, marking the community's first pogrom. In the Ma’in area east of Yatta, Al Jazeera reported that settlers attacked Palestinian homes, while Middle East Eye noted that settlers opened fire at and attacked farmers in the village of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah. A local official stated that these attacks injured 12 Palestinians, including four dual citizens, according to the Daily Times.\n\nAn American photojournalist, Heidi Levine, was hospitalized in Ramallah after being attacked by more than 50 masked settlers while working near the villages of Abu Falah and Turmus Ayya. Levine told journalists that the group attacked her with sticks and kicked her while she was on the ground. The New Straits Times reported that this incident occurred 10 days after an AFP photographer, Jaafar Ashtiyeh, was beaten while covering the olive harvest and also required hospital treatment.",
