"account": "Tawau Hospital is considering implementing a daily parking cap of RM5 to address ongoing parking shortages and security concerns. State Assistant Minister of Health, Women and People's Wellbeing Datuk Rina Jainal stated that the proposal aims to improve parking management, reduce accidents, and enhance security for visitors and staff. Rina officiated the Tawau Prison Corrective Outreach Programme and highlighted that the initiative could benefit the public, hospital patients, and staff. The shortage of parking spaces at the hospital prompted the proposal, as numerous complaints were received regarding the lack of available spaces. The Kukusan assemblywoman urged the public to remain open-minded about the system, acknowledging that it involves costs and that the land is reportedly owned by an external party, Khazanah. The proposed parking rates are RM1 for the first entry per day, RM0.50 for each subsequent hour, capped at RM5 per day, with hospital staff charged a monthly fee of RM30.",
