"account": "On Saturday, October 17, India's Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke was under preventive arrest following his participation in a protest rally in New Delhi. Dipke was detained to prevent a breach of the peace and will be taken before a Special Executive Magistrate court later on the same day. His lawyers have not yet been able to meet him, raising concerns about due process and fundamental rights. The CJP movement claims that the arrests of Dipke, along with co-conveners Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das, are part of a political strategy to undermine democracy and create chaos. The protests are a response to India's top poll official, Gyanesh Kumar, overseeing a massive revision of voter rolls, which critics allege benefits Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.",
