"summary": "Former Bayelsa East Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has defended the construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, rebuking presidential candidate of the Peoples Redemption Party, Donald Duke, over his criticism of the project's cost and feasibility. Murray-Bruce expressed surprise at Duke's position, recalling their previous praise for the vision behind the highway. Duke questioned the economic viability of the project, arguing that Nigeria could not afford it and raising concerns about the difficult terrain in Bayelsa State, which he said would require numerous bridges. Murray-Bruce countered that major infrastructure investments required substantial funding and defended the project's importance for long-term benefits.",
