"account": "Pali Bhavan, a beloved Bandra institution known for its warm atmosphere and Indian cuisine, recently relocated to the Art Deco Cumbata Building in Mumbai, previously the exit spot for the Eros theatre. Founder Mishali Sanghani collaborated with local studio STaND to create a space reminiscent of her original Bandra location. The new establishment features antique mirrors, stained glass, and artifacts from her travels, all showcasing her passion for collecting. The menu offers a diverse range of Indian dishes, including Chettinad-style fare, crab sukka, and chole bhature, with advice to guests to order just three items before returning for more. Sanghani's advice for new patrons is to try three dishes before returning for the rest. The chef and kitchen team, who have remained loyal since the beginning, maintain the restaurant's consistent quality, earning praise for their dedication and work culture. A larger Pali Bhavan location is planned for Dubai, set to open in 2027, along with a lifestyle brand featuring cashmere, silk scarves, crockery, and stationery.",
