"account": "Ladakh's climate activist Sonam Wangchuk expressed disappointment and anger over the recent lack of progress in talks with the Union Home Ministry. Wangchuk alleged the Centre had broken its word to the people of Ladakh, reneging on promises made in May's previous dialogue. He questioned the existence of Ram Rajya, a principle that advocates loyalty to promises, even at the cost of one's life. Wangchuk, jailed under the National Security Act (NSA) for six months, stated that the proposed assembly and Chief Secretary's role under Article 371 were reneged upon. He emphasized the importance of Article 371 over the Sixth Schedule, as previously agreed. Wangchuk criticized the Centre for failing to uphold its commitments, which he believed were violated during the recent talks. He also denounced China's comments on Ladakh, asserting that China has no legitimacy to comment on the region.",
