"account": "Israeli settlers launched a violent assault on an American photojournalist, Heidi Levine, who was covering clashes between Palestinian olive farmers and settlers in the West Bank. The attack took place near the Palestinian villages of Abu Falah and Turmus Ayya. Levine was taken to the Ramallah hospital with injuries to her leg and hand. Four broken vertebrae were discovered in her after she was transferred to Israel's Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva, where she required surgery. The Washington Post expressed outrage over the incident, urging a thorough investigation and accountability from authorities. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office claimed the circumstances were unclear and under investigation, while his rival, Gadi Eisenkot, blamed the attack on a handful of rioters who stained the nation. The US State Department condemned the violence and called for legal accountability for the perpetrators. Levine was wearing a flak jacket marked \"Press\" and the Washington Post stated they were outraged by the unwarranted attack on a journalist doing her job.",
