"account": "The 16th National Assembly commenced its second session on October 17, 2023, at the Dien Hong Hall in Hanoi. The session, spanning 28 days, concluded on November 21, divided into two phases: October 17 to November 14 and November 20 to 21. The first phase included a preparatory session on the same day as the opening. Notable tributes were paid to President Ho Chi Minh by leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front, alongside NA deputies, who laid wreaths at his Mausoleum. The legislative body planned to address 43 draft laws and resolutions, covering key areas like the Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Land Law, Real Estate Business Law, Housing Law, and various socio-economic, financial, and budgetary matters. A six-day recess from November 15 to 19 allowed NA committees, the Government, and relevant agencies to review, incorporate feedback, and finalize draft laws and resolutions.",
