"account": "President Donald Trump has delayed the implementation of new sanctions against Russia, citing national security reasons. In an executive order released by the White House, Trump submitted a certification to Congress stating that waiving the sanctions at this time serves the United States' national interests. India, a significant purchaser of Russian oil, voiced concerns about the Russia sanctions bill. The White House's move follows a week when Trump announced the US agreement to purchase diesel from Russia in an attempt to lower global energy prices, potentially affecting Ukraine's situation in its ongoing war with Russia. The White House notified the decision on its website late in the evening, with a report detailing the rationale submitted to Congress.",
