"account": "A New Mexico judge has dismissed criminal sexual contact charges against actor Timothy Busfield, stemming from allegations of improper touching of children on set during the 2022-2024 production of The Cleaning Lady. State District Judge Joseph Montano ruled that prosecutorial misconduct and errors in the grand jury process undermined the case. The prosecution failed to properly instruct the grand jurors on legal procedures, allowing potentially key witnesses to remain silent. Busfield, who has vehemently denied the accusations, described the charges as lies motivated by revenge. His attorney, Amber Fayerberg, expressed relief and gratitude on behalf of her client. The grand jurors repeatedly requested to hear from additional witnesses who were present and willing to testify, but the prosecution refused to allow them in, violating grand jury laws designed to protect the integrity of the justice system. Prosecutors have not yet decided whether to pursue another indictment.",
