"account": "North Korea conducted an underwater test on Thursday of a new torpedo weapon system, according to state news agency KCNA. The test, described as a success, represents a significant advancement in the country's naval development, with artificial intelligence used for target detection and guidance in the high-speed precision-guided torpedo. The development, which involved more than 180 tests over five years, showcased improvements in propulsion efficiency and rocket propulsion system performance. This latest test is part of ongoing routine defence research activities aimed at enhancing North Korea's weapons systems. The test comes amid heightened tensions on the Korean peninsula, as both North and South Korea strive to develop weapons capable of evading missile defenses. Earlier this week, North Korea also tested two types of submarine-launched strategic cruise missiles, signaling its commitment to modernizing its missile submarine capabilities alongside its existing arsenal of ballistic and cruise missiles.",
