"account": "North Korea has conducted a test of a new AI-assisted torpedo system, according to state news agency KCNA. The underwater test of the \"super-speed\" Zam-2.0 torpedo took place on Thursday to confirm the successful update of the weapon's technical capabilities, KCNA reported. The report stated that the AI technology was utilized to enhance the target detection and guidance functions of the advanced torpedo. In a recent development, North Korea announced the successful AI-assisted launch of an intermediate-range hypersonic missile earlier in the month. Kim Jong Un, the country's leader, had previously highlighted the importance of raising the level of artificial intelligence in the nation's weapons systems in September. Analysts suggest that North Korea may be advancing its missile technology rapidly with the assistance of Russian military support in exchange for providing troops to support its ongoing war against Ukraine.",
