"account": "Former House of Representatives member Sam Onuigbo has welcomed the inclusion of opposition politicians in President Bola Tinubu's presidential campaign council. The All Progressives Congress announced on October 13 that Nyesom Wike, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, and Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo would serve as campaign coordinators for the 2027 general elections, despite their parties' affiliations. Wike is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, Soludo is from the All Progressives Grand Alliance, and Adeleke won his re-election as Osun governor in 2026 under the Accord Party. Onuigbo stated that the appointments reflected support for the Tinubu administration and its policies. He emphasized that democracy should transcend partisan boundaries for the sake of good governance and improved living conditions. Onuigbo praised the Tinubu administration's economic reforms, including the Nigerian Education Loan Fund, exchange rate harmonisation, fuel subsidy removal, and the establishment of the Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation. He also highlighted the increase in Nigeria's GDP and foreign reserves under Tinubu's leadership. Onuigbo defended the inclusion of Wike, Soludo, and Adeleke, stating that their appointments were a result of democratic alliance and a shared commitment to effective governance and national development.",
