"summary": "A New Mexico judge has dismissed an indictment against actor Timothy Busfield, who was accused of criminal sexual contact with children. The charges were dismissed due to prosecutorial misconduct and errors that undermined the grand jury process. The case stemmed from allegations made by the parents of two twin boys who claimed that Busfield inappropriately touched them on the set of the TV series \"The Cleaning Lady\" in 2022-2024. Busfield, known for his roles in \"West Wing\" and \"Field of Dreams,\" has consistently denied the allegations, describing them as lies motivated by revenge. Prosecutors have not yet decided whether to pursue another indictment.",
