"account": "Sunshine Coast tattoo artist Mady Peters crafted a colorful AFLW Pride guernsey for the Gold Coast Suns. The design features a rainbow football boot, carabiner, and a cartoon dolphin holding a non-binary flag, symbolizing the LGBTQIA+ community's support for women's football. It is set to be worn by the Suns against the Adelaide Crows in Adelaide today. The playful, joyous design aims to celebrate and honor the identities of queer people, bringing them pride and possibly good luck. The guernsey was developed with the help of Gold Coast Suns AFLW players Lily Mithen and Katie Lynch, who wanted it to reflect their lively and fun personalities. Mithen emphasized that the AFLW has always been a place where people feel free to be themselves. Gold Coast Suns AFLW Head of Julia Chiera spoke about the importance of genuine inclusion for the LGBTQIA+ community in both women's and men's football, noting that more work is needed to improve inclusion in the men's game.",
"summary": "\"Fruity\" dolphins and carabiners might be unexpected designs on an elite sporting uniform, but the Gold Coast Suns will wear a Queensland artist's playful celebration of queer identity this AFLW Pride round.",
