"summary": "A New Mexico judge has dismissed an indictment against actor and director Timothy Busfield. Variety reported that the judge threw out the charges on Friday after finding that prosecutors failed to act impartially during grand jury proceedings. The Winnipeg Free Press stated the dismissal cited prosecutorial misconduct and errors that undermined the grand jury process.\n\nBusfield had been facing charges stemming from alleged incidents involving minor boys on the set of the Fox and Warner Bros TV series The Cleaning Lady. Deadline reported the indictment included two counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor and child abuse. Variety noted the charges specifically involved the groping of a 7-year-old boy.\n\nThe actor had previously pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to NYT Arts.",
