"account": "A New Mexico judge has dismissed an indictment against actor Timothy Busfield, who plays characters such as \"West Wing\" and \"Field of Dreams,\" citing prosecutorial misconduct and errors that undermined the grand jury process. The charges against Busfield, who has denied the allegations, accused him of criminal sexual contact with a child when Busfield was directing the TV series \"The Cleaning Lady\" from 2022 to 2024. He reportedly touched the children on their private areas over their clothing when they were 7 and 8 years old. The case stemmed from an investigation by the Albuquerque Police Department. The defense argued that the children initially told police that Busfield did not touch them inappropriately and that their parents had coached them to give incriminating statements. Busfield's attorneys alleged that prosecutors were \"willfully blind to the lack of evidence\" and \"invented procedural hurdles\" to prevent grand jurors from hearing witness testimony.",
