"summary": "One of the ringleaders of the thwarted Toronto 18 terror plot, Zakaria Amara, has been granted full parole by the Parole Board of Canada after the board found he no longer shows \"any signs of holding onto extremist beliefs or radical ideologies.\" Amara, 41, had been on day parole with multiple conditions for four years and has been undergoing a process to deradicalize while incarcerated. The board's decision comes two decades after the dismantling of the homegrown plot that aimed to storm Parliament Hill and bomb several locations around Toronto. Amara will be required to continue participating in counselling, be subject to financial monitoring, and restrictions on his phone and internet use.",
