"account": "At the recent European Union summit in Brussels, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed a contentious issue with US President Donald Trump, who stated that Zelenskyy was more challenging to work with than Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelenskyy expressed his concerns about the upcoming winter in Ukraine, describing it as the most difficult since the full-scale Russian invasion began. He asked Europe for more military support, specifically for Ukraine to defend itself against Russian attacks. The summit saw discussions on US relations with Russia, Starlink satellite internet service, and financial aid for Ukraine. Despite the US supplying Ukraine with Starlink and Starshield systems, recent disruptions have hindered Ukraine's defense capabilities. European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas reiterated that Starlink is crucial for Ukraine, while Prokopenko emphasized that the EU's support remains vital in seeking US assistance for Ukraine. Zelenskyy called for nearly $80 billion (€70 billion) more in financial aid for Ukraine for the following year, with the European Council President Antonio Costa promising that Ukraine would remain a priority and urging the European Commission to find a solution for additional funding.",
"summary": "EU leaders reaffirmed support for Ukraine at the Brussels summit. But souring relations with the US over Russia and Starlink and a big hole in the budget will make for a difficult winter for Ukraine.",
