"account": "On Tuesday, October 13, the Marine Police in the Volta Region made an arrest involving a 31-year-old man named Vincent Lotsu. The incident occurred during a routine patrol along the Volta Lake, where officers from the Kpando-based unit spotted an unusual sight - a fenced wooden structure in Mangoase, Central Tongu District. Upon further investigation, the team found a cannabis plantation hidden behind the fence, along with 16 sacks of dried cannabis leaves that officials believe belonged to Lotsu.\n\nThe suspect has been taken into custody and is currently assisting the police with their ongoing investigation. The seized cannabis and other related evidence were handed over to the Kpando Police Divisional Investigation Department for further examination. The suspected narcotics were also sent to the crime laboratory for analysis to confirm their identity.\n\nThe Volta North Regional Police Command has emphasized their dedication to cracking down on drug trafficking and related offenses in the region. They have cautioned individuals involved in the cultivation, possession, and trafficking of illicit drugs to cease their activities immediately.",
