"summary": "Canada has announced new immigration rules that will favor skilled Indian professionals already working in the country. The changes to the Express Entry system will give greater weight to Canadian work experience and job offers in high-paying occupations. Indians, who have traditionally formed the largest group of candidates invited for permanent residence under the system, could see their prospects significantly improve under the revised rules. Those working in fields such as software engineering, information technology, healthcare, and other engineering disciplines could earn up to 70 additional points for qualifying work experience in high-wage occupations. A qualifying job offer in a high-wage occupation could earn up to 100 points. The changes are aimed at selecting skilled newcomers best equipped to succeed in Canada, attracting workers who complement the domestic workforce, and supporting economic growth.",
