"account": "Elon Musk reportedly suggested to U.S. President Donald Trump that the government restrict SpaceX's Starlink service for Ukrainian forces, according to the Telegraph. This suggestion came after SpaceX unexpectedly implemented a speed cap on Ukraine's Starshield service on October 14, disrupting numerous battlefield operations. The abrupt restriction came without any prior warning to Kyiv, leaving the country in confusion when the service eventually stabilized. While Musk took to social media to claim that any Starlink restrictions were ultimately the decision of the White House, a senior source told the Telegraph that both Musk and Trump were involved in the decision-making process. This conclusion was backed up by Ukrainian sources and a high-ranking European official.",
