"account": "If you're a Nintendo Switch 2 owner, you may find yourself running out of storage space. This is due to the console featuring only 256GB of built-in storage, which can quickly become filled with digital games. However, Walmart is offering a Switch 2-ready 512GB microSD Express card for $84.77, a significant discount compared to other retailers. Amazon's SanDisk alternative, for instance, costs $129.99. This card is highly sought after, so it's wise to purchase it while it's in stock.\n\nOnn, Walmart's in-house brand, manufactures this card, which has received positive customer feedback and an endorsement in our review, described as \"fine.\" MicroSD Express cards, with their lack of moving parts, are generally reliable, which we have confirmed through personal experience. To utilize the card, simply insert it into your Switch 2, format it to serve as a storage device, and you can begin downloading games from the eShop onto it immediately.\n\nIn the past, storage prices tended to decrease as time progressed. However, the advent of AI and companies' acquisition of most storage for data centers has led to an increase in prices, particularly since the last year. Consequently, it appears unlikely that storage prices will decrease anytime soon. This situation is unfortunate, as games in the 4K era consume more storage than ever before. For instance, the Switch 2 edition of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth occupies nearly 100GB of storage, consuming nearly half of the console's capacity. Other major titles, including Assassin's Creed Shadows (62GB), Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition (60GB), and Madden NFL 27 (57GB), further contribute to the need for additional storage. Therefore, investing in a larger storage solution for your Switch 2 is highly recommended, unless you prefer frequently moving games on and off the device. The 512GB microSD Express card effectively triples the storage capacity of your Switch 2, offering ample room for your gaming needs.",
