"summary": "The Bauchi State Police Command has cautioned political parties against the use of hate speech and violence. According to Punch, the command urged these groups to adopt issue-based campaigns for the 2027 elections.\n\nSeparately, Abu Dhabi Police have advised motorists to exercise caution due to forecasts of rain, fog, and dusty winds across parts of the UAE. Gulf News reports that the National Centre of Meteorology predicts a chance of rainfall from Saturday through Tuesday, with afternoon clouds expected in the southern, northern, and eastern parts of the country.\n\nTo minimize accident risks, Abu Dhabi Police recommended that drivers check weather conditions, reduce speeds, and maintain safe distances between vehicles. Motorists were also warned to avoid areas with accumulated rainwater or flowing valleys, avoid distractions such as using mobile phones for photos or videos, and comply with electronic road signs that may adjust speed limits based on conditions.",
