"account": "The African National Congress (ANC) has called upon residents in Ward 98, located in Umgababa on South Africa's KwaZulu-Natal coast, to provide information that could help in the investigation into the murders of two of its members. ANC elections coordinator Lungani Makhathini and Youth League member Nokuthula Mavundla were shot during door-to-door campaigning on Thursday, leaving three others wounded.\n\nANC head of elections Mdumiseni Ntuli has expressed concern that political violence has impacted campaigning efforts in certain areas. He emphasized the need for intervention in communities where people, despite previous liberation struggles, may be hesitant to campaign. Ntuli urged the ANC leadership to engage with volunteers and the public, reminding them of the sacrifices made during the fight for democracy and warning against any attempts to undermine the democratic process.",
