"account": "Italy and Spain have reached an agreement to eliminate reciprocal border checks, according to diplomatic and government sources. The decision comes after a dispute over migration that began in summer, when Italy's interior ministry implemented controls for travelers from Spain following a surge of migrants from Morocco entering Ceuta, a Spanish territory in North Africa. The two countries' leaders met to discuss the matter at an EU summit in Brussels, where migration was a key topic. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez held talks on the sidelines of the summit, leading to the agreement. The border checks, which required passengers arriving on flights to undergo passport checks, will cease simultaneously in both countries, as they do not share a land border and both are members of the Schengen free-travel zone.",
