"account": "Apple's launch of the iPhone Duo has been met with overwhelming excitement and record-breaking pre-orders, but the company now faces a significant challenge in meeting the high demand for this ultra-premium foldable device. In the first 30 minutes after pre-orders went live on September 9, the iPhone Duo sold out, leaving new orders to be shipped out as late as January 2027—an unprecedented delay. While Apple's marketing rollout for the iPhone Duo has been praised as one of the best, the company's inability to produce enough units to meet initial demand is a major concern. The popularity of the iPhone Duo across a wide range of consumers, from tech enthusiasts to the ultra-wealthy, has been a testament to its success. However, the current backorder situation not only frustrates customers but also represents a significant missed revenue opportunity for Apple. While this launch can be considered a major win for Apple, the situation also highlights the challenges of mass-producing and delivering such a high-demand product.",
