"summary": "Actress Anna Faris responded via Instagram on Thursday to comments made by \"Mom\" creator Chuck Lorre in his new memoir, Sitcom. Faris stated that she \"really didn’t see that coming\" and that the remarks \"of course it hurts.\" In the book, Lorre wrote that he was \"in fact, correct\" regarding his initial reluctance to hire Faris, citing vague concerns about her personal life and comparing the situation to his previous working relationship with Charlie Sheen. Lorre further claimed that after six years, Faris left the show for reasons that \"were not mysterious to anyone on the show.\"\n\nFaris responded by noting that she never took her seven years on the show for granted and remains grateful for the job. According to TheWrap, Faris also confirmed she has been sober for a year and a half, noting that she lived the recovery process she portrayed on the series. She added that she is currently healthy, working, and happier than she has been in a long time.",
