"summary": "Dr. Kojo Asante, Director of Policy Engagement and Partnerships at the Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), has called for a taskforce to review protocols for handling sexual abuse allegations in schools following reports of alleged sexual misconduct at Obuasi Senior High Technical School. Asante described the institutional failures as \"mind-boggling\" and questioned why concerns raised before the student unrest at the school did not trigger decisive action. He emphasized that sexual assault allegations are criminal offenses and require involvement of law enforcement agencies, urging for a thorough investigation into the case.",
