"summary": "Dr Kojo Asante, Director of Policy Engagement and Partnerships at the Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), has urged the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to prevent the headmaster of Obuasi Senior High Technical School from contesting the Juaben constituency chairmanship due to sexual abuse allegations. Asante emphasized that the allegations should be thoroughly investigated before political considerations take precedence over accountability and the protection of children. He expressed concern over the system failures that allowed the allegations to persist for an extended period and questioned the effectiveness of the school's oversight structures.",
