"account": "A road transport department officer lost his life and another sustained serious injuries after being hit by a lorry during an inspection at Km256.1 on the North-South Expressway near the Senawang exit in Negeri Sembilan last night. The 42-year-old JPJ officer, who suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene, was inspecting a motor loader carrying a cabin load when the incident occurred at around 10.30pm.\n\nThe lorry, loaded with dry food products, lost control and collided with both the JPJ car and the motor loader. Among the injured were the 32-year-old JPJ officer who suffered severe head injuries and multiple wounds, and the 44-year-old lorry driver. The 48-year-old motor loader driver also sustained injuries to his body and legs. All three individuals were transported to local hospitals for treatment.\n\nNegeri Sembilan police chief Alzafny Ahmad revealed that the lorry driver and the motor loader driver were also injured during the crash. The circumstances surrounding the incident initially suggested that the lorry driver had lost control and was unable to avoid the collision with the JPJ vehicles. The police have launched an investigation under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987, which pertains to causing death by reckless or dangerous driving.",
"summary": "Second officer, the lorry driver and the driver of a motor loader also suffer injuries in crash near Senawang exit.",
