"account": "Elon Musk and Tesla unveiled a new flying, thruster-powered Roadster with a jaw-dropping demo. However, potential buyers should be aware of three important fine print disclaimers. Firstly, it's unclear where the Roadster can actually be driven. While Musk stated that the vehicle would be a viable car, he added that he is not sure it's necessarily legal in all jurisdictions and that it may not be street-legal. Secondly, the high price tag of up to $250,000 to reserve the Roadster does not guarantee the final purchase price or the delivery of the vehicle. The T&Cs state that the final price has yet to be determined and that there are no guarantees the Roadster will ever be delivered. Lastly, the delivery of the Roadster is not guaranteed. Tesla emphasizes that the vehicle is still under development and that they cannot guarantee when your vehicle will be delivered or if it will be delivered at all. This brings back memories of the delayed production of the previous Roadster model that never made it to production.",
