"account": "On October 15, construction began on a facility in Hanoi that will house around 6,000 digital technology professionals and support staff. The groundbreaking ceremony took place at a site spanning roughly 70,000 square meters, with an investment of over VND1.31 trillion ($52.4 million). The project is expected to take about a year to complete.\n\nTruong Viet Dung, Vice Chairman of Hanoi's People's Committee, emphasized that the ceremony marked a significant milestone in the city's partnership with a forward-thinking enterprise. He highlighted the project's role as a stepping stone towards creating a competitive technology hub in Hanoi, one that can attract top talent, master advanced technologies, and generate new economic value.\n\nDung stressed that once the project is finished, the focus should be on fostering genuine research, tangible products, real-world markets, and concrete economic value. He called on FPT, the project developer, to bring its best to the table, including technological capabilities, a global network, a team of engineers, expertise in human resource development, and a willingness to venture into new areas.\n\nThe digital technology building is part of the FPT Digital Technology Park, located in Phu Dien and Tay Tuu wards of Hanoi. Nguyen Van Khoa, CEO of FPT, expressed gratitude to Hanoi's leadership and various departments for their support. He described the site as the starting point of a new journey dedicated to developing people, fostering technology and knowledge, and cultivating new resources for the capital's socioeconomic development.",
