"account": "Hong Kong's waters are picturesque, and a recent sail from Shenzhen proved to be a breeze for visitors on Guangdong yachts. Upon docking in the city under a new scheme, yacht owners found they could now moor, go ashore, and explore. One ship owner, Sheng, traveled with four to five friends on a 46-foot catamaran. In the past, docking and going ashore had been impossible, but now they could spend money in Hong Kong. A ship master, Zhou, underwent about two days of training on Hong Kong water rules and berthing facilities prior to departure. He believes the fast clearance and application procedures will increase mainland yacht owners' willingness to visit Hong Kong. A passenger on another yacht, Eric Wang, expressed his delight with the journey, which lasted around two to three hours and featured beautiful weather and scenery. Wang and his group of 12 plan to stay in the SAR for three days, enjoying golfing and exploring areas inaccessible by cars. They hope to drift through Victoria Harbour, admire the city views, and indulge in some shopping.",
