The cricketer also lauded Dubai's comfort and allure, highlighting the city's increasing popularity among Indian celebrities and investors.\n\nThe residential tower represents a significant milestone for Danube, as it marks the company's partnership with Shah Rukh Khan. The developer unveiled Shahrukhz Residences recently, following the successful launch of its commercial tower, which sold out on its opening day. The fully furnished development offers apartments starting at Dh1.65 million, with over 40 lifestyle amenities.
