"account": "A 76-year-old Singaporean woman's decomposed body was discovered in a shophouse in Johor, Malaysia, on October 13, according to the Shin Min Daily News. The shophouse is situated in the Gelang Patah area. Chen, a 26-year-old shopowner, informed Shin Min that upper floors of the shophouses in the vicinity are typically rented out as accommodation for migrant workers. Chen explained that the elderly Singaporean Chinese woman had been residing in the shophouse for an extended period, but nobody knew the reason behind her choice of residence. The individual living below Chen mentioned that the woman was elderly and they had not seen her with anyone else, leading Chen to believe that she might have passed away due to old age. Nearby workers reported that the police had established a cordon at the scene, resulting in a gathering of onlookers. Local police stated that they were promptly informed about the case, noting that the 76-year-old woman was unemployed. They confirmed that the body was found in a shophouse commonly used as temporary housing for migrant workers. The authorities are currently treating the incident as a sudden death case.",
