"account": "An elderly woman named Yang Chau-ki, 62, has been sentenced to three months in a psychiatric institution for displaying seditious publications outside her home in Hong Kong. The materials included a colonial-era flag, slogans from the 2019 anti-government protests, and a traditional Chinese New Year decoration referencing a revolutionary slogan. Principal Magistrate Don So Man-lung ruled that Yang intentionally displayed the items, knowing their seditious intent, to incite dissatisfaction with the current administration and encourage the overthrow of the entire system.",
