"account": "Air India has extended its cancellation of flights to and from Saudi Arabia until October 20, 2026. The airline cited escalating tensions in the region, including attacks by the Houthis, as the reason for the suspension of services. Passengers affected by the cancellations are being offered a full refund. Earlier, the airline and Air India Express had cancelled flights to Saudi Arabia until October 17. The company has set up a panel to identify cost-saving opportunities and launched an initiative to gather cost-reduction ideas from staff and partners. In a statement, Air India emphasized that the safety and security of passengers and crew remain its top priority and that it will continue to monitor the situation before resuming services. Similarly, other airlines like IndiGo and Akasa Air have also extended their cancellations of flights to Saudi Arabia until later dates, citing the same security concerns.",
