"account": "The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) planned a Tiranga March in Connaught Place, Delhi, scheduled for 5 PM. However, the Delhi Police, led by PRO Neha Yadav, has imposed strict traffic restrictions and security measures around the area due to the march not being granted permission. Prohibited roads and commercial districts have been identified, with NDMC closing Central Park to the public from October 16-17. Markets and shops remain open, but trade associations have requested protection due to concerns about large gatherings affecting business. Over 6,000 Delhi Police personnel and 220 companies of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) are deployed, with 5,000 reserve personnel on standby. Heavy barricading and surveillance have been increased to ensure safety during the event. The police are open to permission for a select group to hold a flag march at an alternative location.",
"summary": "Delhi Police said the CJP Tiranga march had not been granted permission, citing prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the BNSS that ban mass gatherings in the area.",
